Some say Kimberley Walsh is the hottest member of Girls Aloud, with a curvy figure more akin to the UK’s general female population than the rest of the group.

And the 28-year-old singer showed off her enviable figure at the launch of New Look’s new flagship store in London today.

Kimberley wore an LBD that perfectly accentuate her womanly hips and gorgeous curves to the event on Oxford Street, pairing the number with a pair of towering black heels with bows across the arch.

The Bradford-born singer looked immaculately turned out with bright pink lipstick and a glamorous wavy hairdo.

New Look’s launch is part of the high street chain’s revamp, which incorporates a new advertising campaign fronted by Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen.

She follows in the footsteps of Agyness Deyn, Alexa Chung and Kimberley herself to front New Look’s campaign

Kimberley has admitted to struggling with her weight and lacking body confidence.

And it’s easy to see why, with all four of her bandmates boasting slimline figures.

Last year she revealed: ‘I eat healthily and in moderation. I’d put on weight easily if I wasn’t in a group doing dancing and stuff.

‘I’m not one of the lucky ones who can eat what they want.

‘I think I’m quite normal – not thin, not fat – and my stomach’s OK because I used to dance loads.’

And she told Heat magazine: ‘I’m constantly on a diet. I’m not confident or comfortable with my body. I wouldn’t rule out surgery.

‘When I was growing up Kate Moss was really fashionable, that whole waif look, and I knew that I could never be like that.’

Kimberley has also revealed that she would not have her Girls Aloud bandmates Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts, as her bridesmaids if she were to marry long-term partner Justin Scott.

She said she would have to consider her family and friends ahead of the rest of the band.

‘I’ve got three sisters, two cousins, Justin’s little girl and a best friend I’ve had since I was four – it would be crazy if I had the girls as well,’ she said.

Adding: ‘I’ll have to see what my bridesmaid budget is!’
